4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent with the following information:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that has been removed and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to jurisdiction

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.

6. Good Faith

Emerald IPTV Ireland operates in good faith and cooperates fully with copyright holders to protect intellectual property rights. We encourage users to use our services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
