Subscriptions are available in various durations (1, 3, 6, and 12 months) with options for 1, 2, or 3 simultaneous device connections. Pricing is displayed on our pricing page and is subject to change.

4.3 No Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do not automatically renew. We will notify you before your subscription expires to offer renewal options.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Resell, redistribute, or exploit the Service commercially without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls or security measures
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Record, download, or redistribute streamed content
• Use automated tools or bots to access the Service
• Exceed the device connection limit of your plan

Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payments via PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but changes will not affect existing active subscriptions.

7. Free Trial

We offer a free 24-hour trial for new customers. The trial is limited to one per household/device. No payment information is required for the trial.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance
• Technical issues beyond our control

• Issues caused by your internet connection or device

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Service remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial use.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emerald IPTV Ireland shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your subscription.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. Refunds for termination due to Terms violation are at our discretion.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

14. Changes to Terms
